Intern: Learning and Development

The Road Accident Fund’s mission is to provide timely and equitable assistance to those affected by motor vehicle accidents through the provision of appropriate social benefits to ensure financial relief and recovery for qualifying individuals.

Purpose of the Job: The Road Accident Fund is committed to youth skills development by providing graduates with an opportunity to gain work-based experience. Applications are invited for the Learning and Development Internship for unemployed graduates between the ages of 18 and 25. The Internship program will run for a period of eighteen (18) months. Verification process will be undertaken to verify whether you have previous work anywhere within the Republic of South Africa.

1. KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS.

Work based exposure may include the following:

• Skills Development Administration.
• Assisting to prepare induction.
• Assisting in preparing research documents.
• Creation PR’s and follows.
• Assisting comply skills Development reports.
• Assist in administration leaners and intern’s programme
• Assist in data clearing for WSP
• General office administration in the learning and development space

Qualifications and other requirements

• Certified Grade 12
• Certified copy of your ID
• Certified copy of HR Advanced Diploma /Degree
• Added advantage Certification in ETDP (Education Training and Development Practices) at NQF 4/5 / SDF certificate
• Certified copy of Academic transcript
• Your CV and motivational letter

3. REMUNERATION.

The interns will be awarded a monthly stipend.

• Applicants must be unemployed, were never employed in the field of Learning and Development and never participated in an internship programme in the field of Learning and Development previously.
• The applicant must not have previously served as intern before.
• Should it be found that the applicant previously served as an intern and did not disclose that info and it is discovered later, the applicant will be disqualified.
• Please note that the prospective employees will be subjected to security vetting.
