The Road Accident Fund’s mission is to provide timely and equitable assistance to those affected by motor vehicle accidents through the provision of appropriate social benefits to ensure financial relief and recovery for qualifying individuals.
Purpose of the Internship: The Road Accident Fund is committed to youth skills development, providing graduates with an opportunity to gain work-based experience. Applications are invited for the Corporate Legal Services Internship from unemployed graduates between the age of 18 and 25. The Internship program will run for a period of twelve (18) months. Verification process will be undertaken to verify whether you have previous work anywhere within the Republic of South Africa.
Work based exposure may include the following: (populate in the form of Summary)
- Conducting legal research.
- Provision of legal advice.
- Drafting and vetting of various legal dcoumnts including contracts, correspondence, pleadings etc
- Administration and management of various Corportae Legal Services registers.
- Preparation of documents for approval by Execcutive Management.
- Administration and management of Panel of Legal Practitioners.
- Judgement monitoring and cas outcomes reporting.
- Preparing and attending stakeholders’ engagements and negotiation meetings.
- Preparation of Briefing Notes.
- Provides support to the Corpofrate Legal Services team.
Qualifications and other Requirements
- Certified copy of Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Certified copy of B degree in Law/LLB
- Certified copy of your ID
- Certified copy of Academic transcript
- Your CV and motivational letter

Remuneration
The interns will be awarded a monthly stipend.
