The Road Accident Fund’s mission is to provide timely and equitable assistance to those affected by motor vehicle accidents through the provision of appropriate social benefits to ensure financial relief and recovery for qualifying individuals.

 

 

 

Purpose of the Internship: The Road Accident Fund is committed to youth skills development by providing graduates with an opportunity to gain workbased experience. Applications are invited for the Internship: Service Delivery for unemployed graduates between the age of 18 and 25.The Internship program will run for a period of Eighteen (18) months.

Work based exposure may include any of the following:

  • Manage ICT incidents and requests (incidents and requests).
  • Provide daily operations support and maintenance for network and telephone infrastructure (1st line support).
  • Maintain and update a register of all ICT assets.
  • Manage VC requests.
  • Monthly and weekly reports on system availability.
  • Supervise preventative maintenance of printers.
  • Establish connection and access to printers for all users.
  • Conduct troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrades, and other activities required for efficient working of computer systems.
  • Setup new users and configure new equipment.
  • Undertake maintenance and repairs on damaged and repairable hardware.
  • Provide software and hardware configuration according to business requirements.
  • Ensure ICT Service availability and continuity.
  • Provide ICT support for RAF road shows

Qualifications and other Requirements

  • Certified Copy Grade 12/ NQF 4 level certificate
  • Certified copy of Relevant Diploma/ Advanced Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in ICT or Related  to discipline
  • Certified copy of your ID
  • Certified copy Academic transcript
  • Your CV and motivational letter

Remuneration

The interns will be awarded a monthly stipend.
