Internship: RGM

The Road Accident Fund’s mission is to provide timely and equitable assistance to those affected by motor vehicle accidents through the provision of appropriate social benefits to ensure financial relief and recovery for qualifying individuals.
Purpose of the Internship: The Road Accident Fund is committed to youth skills development by providing graduates with an opportunity to gain workbased experience. Applications are invited for the Internship: Office of the RGM for unemployed graduates between the age of 18 and 25.The Internship program will run for a period of eighteen (18) months.
Work based exposure may include any of the following:
- Maintain the documentation and regular updating of the document register
- Stakeholder management – Follow-up and resolve all queries within the predefined turnaround times
- General office administration, filing and data capturing related to the claims administration process.
- Diary Management
- Assist in organizing meetings, appointments, and events.
- Draft, proofread, and send emails and memos on behalf of executives.
- Screen and direct phone calls and incoming mail.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- Assist with travel arrangements.
- Take and distribute meeting notes or minutes.
- Support in planning, organizing, and executing small projects or events.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
Qualifications and other Requirements
- NQF level 6 Diploma in Office Management/Administration or Information and Corporate Management
- Certified copy of your ID
- Certified copy Academic transcript
- Your CV and motivational letter
Technical and behavioral competencies required
The successful candidate will be required to display the following competencies in this role:

Remuneration
The interns will be awarded a monthly stipend.
